Standard Shipping rates:
- For single jar orders, shipping is a flat rate of $5.99.
- For orders between $10.00 and $44.99, shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.
- Free shipping for orders over $45!
- **Shipping thresholds include discounts and promotions.
Rural/ Regional, PO Box addresses, Parcel Collect and Parcel Locker Shipping rates:
- For single jar orders, shipping is a flat rate of $12.99.
- For orders between $10.00 and $59.99, shipping is a flat rate of $9.99.
- Free shipping for orders over $60!****

****Please note that we absorb most of the shipping cost, particularly to rural/ regional areas which cost on average about $25.00. We do this because we want to make our products as accessible as possible so we do ask that you select the correct shipping regions at check out. We may contact you to verify shipping details if an incorrect shipping region has been selected. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Delivery Times
Please allow 3-6 business days processing and handling time for your order once it is placed.
**Please note: orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be processed the following Monday to avoid parcels being held at depots over the weekend.
We can’t guarantee delivery times but we’ll always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
As a guide, please refer to the following for estimated delivery times:
NSW, VIC & ACT: within 5 business days
QLD, SA, WA, NA & TAS: within 10 business days
Shipping Locations
We ship nationwide, in and around all Australian major cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Canberra and Hobart.
We currently do not ship internationally but we will soon. Stay tuned!
**Please note: we do not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a home or work address.
